Chelsea Close in on Champions League Final
Blues make five changes for tonight's semi-final
Emma Hayes has made five changes to her Chelsea side for tonight's UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final against Wolfsburg.
Chelsea finished top of Group A in the group stage, winning all six of their matches. They then beat Vllaznia 8-0 in the quarter-finals, with Sam Kerr scoring four goals.
Tonight's match is the first leg of the semi-final, with the second leg taking place next Wednesday. The winners will face either Barcelona or Bayern Munich in the final.
